Canaan Oromo Evangelical Church is now officially established on September 7, 2014 based on fulfilling the calling of Holy Spirit. We have strived to make our mission based solely on the true word of God. We were making great effort to fulfill our mission that is to proclaim the saving of Jesus Christ to all people and world as specified on Matthew 28:18-20.

Dear brothers and sisters, we have a big job right in front of us. We are given a big land to conquer. We have a big population here and back home to reach. Let us do it by coming together to the right truck. That is proclaiming the true word of God. Let us make our core effort to be the teaching of the true word of God that prepares our members to fully participate in the ministry which nurtures both soul and the body.

Sermon

L TekiluLuba Tekilu Abate

After Lot had gone, the Lord said to Abram, “Look as far as you can see in every direction north and south, east and west. I am giving all this land, as far as you can see, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession. And I will give you so many descendants that, like the dust of the earth, they cannot be counted! Go and walk through the land in every direction, for I am giving it to you.”

Genesis 13:14-17
